Please contact us before returning any product.
You have the right to return the purchased product within 14 days of receipt. If the product is not faulty, you must cover the return shipping cost yourself. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any damage or loss of the product during return shipping, so we strongly recommend an insured and traceable shipping option. Any such returned goods must be in perfect condition (including any packaging, instruction manuals, etc.) and unused. Refunds will be made only when we have received the returned goods safely.
If the product you received is damaged, please contact us immediately. We will return your money or replace the faulty product and refund the shipping costs associated with returning the damaged product.
Returns
Warranty
All the products we sell come with a one-year warranty.
The warranty covers the following:

Bonding issues.

Warping and chipping of the chessboard.

Hairline cracks.
-
Any damage to the product caused during transport, if reported immediately upon receipt of the package.
The warranty does not cover:

Discolouration caused by exposure to sunlight.

Products that have been modified after purchase.
-
Damage caused by improper cleaning, polishing, etc.
-
Warping or any other damage to products caused by improper storage conditions (improper temperatures or extremely humid/dry conditions).

A lost product.
-
Mechanical damage caused by overuse or misuse.
-
Any other accidental and/or intentional damage.
For the guarantee to apply, the products must be stored properly. Products must be kept out of direct sunlight (including sunlight through a window), at normal and stable room temperature and humidity.
